**TERMS and CONDITIONS **
Advertised rates based on member having two payment methods on file for monthly recurring membership billing. If the member decides to have only one payment method, monthly dues will be increased by $5. Dues to be billed monthly by electronic draft to either a Checking Account or Credit Card. Monthly billing will begin on the first day of the month following your join date. If the studio is not yet open, billing will begin at a later time. Contact studio or see membership paperwork for details. Your first payment, today, will be prorated for the remainder of the month. HOTWORX mat and towel are required to be used in the sauna. These items can be purchased or rented at your HOTWORX studio.
